BRUMATE LLC products have a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty is void if our products are used for commercial purposes or damaged during abnormal use. Our Warranty is only good for product replacement and does not warrant a refund of any type. BRUMATE LLC's obligation in the event of a defective product is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at BRUMATE LLC's discretion. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not covered. Damage from improper use is not covered. Damage to paint is not covered. Our warranty covers the functionality of the product.

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
Item is unworn, item is unwashed, item is unaltered, item has no makeup stains, item has no deoderant stains, item has no animal hair, item has no smell of smoke, items are not final sale, items fall within the date range specified in the RETURN POLICY and you must have the receipt. If you answered YES to all of these, you will be eligible for a return. Please refer to the RETURN POLICY below.
Due to items selling out quickly, we do not offer exchanges. Customers are responsible for shipping fees. Refunds will be in the form of a store credit that will be applied to your account for regular priced items (sale items are final-items ending in $0.99 OR marked door busters/clearance/final sale in advertisement) that are postmarked 14 business days from the delivery date. Once your return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return for store credit.

If you have received a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect with pictures attached.
FINAL SALE (no exceptions)
All sales on SALE/CLEARANCE items are final (end in $0.99) as well as any item with FINAL SALE STICKERS, or items marked door buster, final few or clearance. All sales are final on shapewear items (all shapers, leggings, shorts), jewelry, undergarments (including Bralettes) hair accessories, hats, beanies, socks, and eye wear. This is for hygienic purposes.
ADDITIONAL ORDERING TIPS
Discount codes must be applied at the point of purchase and can only be used during the dates the code is valid (no exceptions). They cannot be added/applied after the order has been placed.
ALTERING OR CANCELING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed by the customer, it cannot be altered or cancelled. Please follow the return policy for items that need returned (including an entire order).
Items will ship via USPS within 2-4 business day of your invoice being paid. Shipping is a low flat rate of $8.00. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. A-List Fashion Boutique is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. Please contact your local USPS with the tracking number provided if any issues should arise.

All orders placed Monday through Friday will be packaged and shipped within 2 - 5 business days of the order. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so all orders placed on these days and after 3 PM on Friday will be shipped by the upcoming Thursday. It typically takes 2-5 business days to receive your order. Orders shipped to Canada can take between 2-4 weeks for delivery and we are neither aware of nor responsible for any customs/duty charges.
